Even though she was a wobbler, it didn't stop her from lifting heavy objects...

Sunflower was the first bitch I (Jill) purchased with the hopes that she would be my foundation bitCh. She was a cute and funny outgoing clown and a beautiful girl. But, alas, it was not to be as she was diagnosed as a wobbler at the age of 8 months. Naturally I was devastated! With no treatment, Flower was able to live a normal, happy, pain free life until the wobblers syndrome worsened and I had to euthanize her at the age of 5 years. To learn more about wobblers syndrome click here. The pictures above illustrate the fact that just because a dog is diagnosed with this disease, it is no means an automatic death sentence. Of course you should never breed a wobbler.
